3.1 Algo Bots for Trading: The Site provides algorithmic trading bots (“Algo Bots”) for various trading platforms and strategies (collectively, the “Product”). These bots are designed to assist in automated trading strategies, but no guarantee of profitability is provided.
3.2 Not Financial Advice: All information, materials, and Services provided by us are for educational or informational purposes only. We do not provide financial or investment advice. Decisions to buy, sell, hold, or trade in securities, commodities, or other investments involve risk and are best made based on professional advice.
3.3 No Guarantee of Profit: Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You assume the entire risk of any trades or investments you make.

4. Purchases and Payment

4.1 Pricing: Prices for our Algo Bots and any other paid Services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any Product or Service (or any part thereof) without notice.
4.2 Payment Method: Payment must be made through the methods we specify on the Site. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.
4.3 Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized or illegal transactions, or if there are other circumstances that, in our sole discretion, deem it necessary to cancel the order.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Defective Code: Our refund policy covers defective code only. If you encounter technical issues or bugs that prevent the Algo Bot from functioning as described, please contact us through our Live Chat feature (see Section 17) to request support or a refund.
5.2 No Refund for Non-Profitable Strategies: We do not provide refunds for non-profitable strategies or if the Algo Bot fails to meet your personal trading expectations. All trading strategies carry inherent risk; profitability is never guaranteed.
5.3 Refund Process:

  • You must notify us of any defect within a reasonable time after discovery.

  • We may request detailed information about the defect and perform troubleshooting steps.

  • If the code is confirmed to be defective, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement, at our discretion.

5.4 In-Store Credit:

  • If you are eligible for a refund due to a defective code, we may provide you with In-Store Credit as an alternative to a monetary refund.

  • In-Store Credit can only be used toward future purchases of our Algo Bots or related services offered on [buyabigboat.com].

  • In-Store Credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.

6. License and Use Restrictions

6.1 Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Algo Bots solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
6.2 Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

  • Use the Algo Bots for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software provided through the Services.

  • Resell, distribute, or sublicense the Algo Bots or Services to any third party without prior written permission.

  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of BBB or any third party.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Site Content: All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and other intellectual property contained on the Site (except user-generated content) are the property of BBB or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7.2 User-Generated Content: If you submit, post, or transmit any content through the Site (e.g., comments, feedback, suggestions), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, and create derivative works from such content in any media format.

14.3 Further Resolution: If any dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and BBB agree to pursue resolution through discussions or alternative dispute resolution methods that are acceptable to both parties. Both parties remain free to pursue any available legal or equitable remedy at any time.

15. Entire Agreement
